ORIGINAL PIXEL ART / EDITABLE SOURCES

A café built
one pixel at a time.

The actual backgrounds, customers and tools used in the playable draft. Drawings were authored through Aseprite's native scripting API, with named layers, cels and frame timing. These are editable pixel assets, not flattened concept illustrations.

The shop, outside and in.

384 × 216 pixels. Eight frames each. Rain crosses the windows, the warm interior stays still, and small reflections make the street feel awake.

The regulars and the ritual.

Three original characters. Eight tools and props. Six small animations. Tap a source link to take the layered file into Aseprite; the game uses these same exports.

Motion that earns its place.

Background and tool loops run at 160–180 ms per frame. Portrait timing varies so a blink stays brief. Gameplay runs independently of the sprite frames. The steam challenge deliberately uses randomized arcade motion, as requested; it is a game of balance rather than an equipment-training tool.

Open, edit, make it yours.

The source bundle includes all 13 native masters and the reproducible Lua drawings. Screen studies have separate scene, character, equipment and interface layers where used. Assets were created and reopened in Aseprite 1.3.18.3 for validation. Milk deposition in the playable cup is generated from the player's input; it is not a preselected finished drawing.
